Returns Policy online only

We advise customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. 
If you need to return or exchange your purchase please email us CLICK HERE to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
Any request for return should indicate the reason for return in writing and must be made to Oscar and Wild within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. 
Returned goods are accepted 14 days from the date in which the RA number is issued.

The RA number must be requested within 48 hours of the goods received. Items received outside this period of time will not be accepted for return. Sale items are non-refundable. Returned goods must be sent to 167 High Street, Melbourne,  Kew, 3101, VIC, Australia. 
Returned goods must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition. All swimwear must be tried on with underwear and the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and unaltered. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes that are not returned in their original box will not be accepted for return. All returned items will be reviewed for quality before return is accepted and processed.
We recommend garments to be returned via Australia Post, Express Post or Registered Post within Australia. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The postage costs for returning goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Important Information 
We do not refund initial shipping charges (if applicable) for goods returned. Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty. We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 14 day period from purchase.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package in our warehouse, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that refunds will be made in the same manner in which you paid. For example, the same credit card  used to make the purchase will be refunded.
Alternatively in order to save on the cost of the return, you may return the item to one of our physical stores. This service is provided soley for your convenience and to save you the cost of the return shipping. If the goods are returned to us in-store they will still be STRICTLY PROCESSED AS AN ONLINE CREDIT, EXCHANGE OR REFUND. Please note that we are unable to refund, replace, exchange or give a store credit for the item if the goods are returned to us in-store. Once we receive the goods in-store we will then process the item and give you a credit note, refund or exchange within four weeks.
