We can often get stuck in our same daily routine........get up, go to work, get home, have dinner, sleep. And then start all over again the following day. So at least once a week we should go and try something new. Whether its a new restaurant or cafe, a new way to go to work, ordering a long mac instead of a latte, or trying those jeans you've been looking at for weeks thinking they won't suit you. You never know, trying something new may lead to many great new experiences.
